Americans are well known for food consumption. However, the details behind their habits are not as universally known.

This fall, I will be researching under Professor Sanjib Bhuyan through Rutgers' Aresty Research Program to gain an understanding of American food choices and their effects. The American food industry is a huge machine that is greatly influenced by these choices. This project will answer questions about how they affect food marketing, the federal program SNAP, and the overall economy. Analysis will be conducted with SPSS.
